Power Packed Lunch ----- Tortilla Cone with damn lots of peppers


1) Halve Tortilla ,and cone it.
2) Onions, is a must.3) Strips of yellow & red pepper & beans.


3) Seasonings.

4) Stir-fry part of the Veg. (leave some fresh ones for later use...crunchiness)



5) Season the stir-fry with seasonings.


6) Fry omelette.
7) Cone omelette.

8) Put omelette into Tortilla cone.

9) Hold in hand, and add in stir-fry.


10) Add in the fresh ones after filling cone with the sauteed ones.


11) Salad: Lettuce and tomato drizzled with Mayo mix with lemon juice and pepper.
This is the Power Packed Lunch!


YES!! , i know my mum knows vege more...because of me!
