Lunch Box journal ----- Tortilla gardening

Here's a a really easy way to make a fulfilling Lunchbox and at the same time introduce greens to kiddies!...

1) Tortilla ingredients , -Wholemeal Tortilla
- Cheddar Slices
- Egg
- Pork Floss

2) Scramble Egg with seasoning of liking ( for my case, i always include Italian Mixed Herbs ) ,normally salt & pepper will do.

3) Heat Canola oil in frying pan.

4) Add in scrambled egg.
5) Flip egg to the other side.
6) Everyone knows that salad vegetables are great for our body,but!!...they are very nice garnishing tools too!

7) After washing my Lettuce Leaves, i garnish them like bushes, into my lunchbox.

8) Spread cheddar, egg onto Tortilla.

9) Slowly stack what we plan to put into Tortilla.

10) Use toothpicks or anything likewise to hold the wrap properly.

11) Now, we trim the sides of wrap so it be fitted into lunchbox.(make sure you trim abit more into the original size, so its easier to put the wrap into thee lunchbox.)

12) Now, remove the "holders" and try to wrap the Tortilla with seaweed strips.

13) Select Moulds.

14) Use mould on cheddar(yellow) and ham(pink).

15) Now, stack the cheese(smaller) on top of the Ham (larger).

16) Now, pick out the extra vegetables to fill up Lunchbox!
17) Cutting out Broccoli Flowers.

18) Boil them in hot water till they turn Dark Green.

19) While the broccoli is cooking, prepare a bowl of Iced water.

20) Put dark green broccoli into iced water straight from boiling.21) Next, boil Radish.

22) Arrange Broccoli flowers (its okay if you dont have a parter) , then arrange Pork floss ( the floss will act as the soil where we plant the radish!)
23) Put in Radish.

Finally!!! LunchBox is done! Happy Lunch!!
